At Métier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
